It could be possible, but it's normal to have cramps when you're not on your period. That just means that it's probably coming soon. However, if you notice you're late, you should definitely go get tested.

Not necessarily. It could simply be PMS. Not to mention you get a whole new list of side effects with pregnancy i.e., morning sickness, headaches, strange cravings and not the symptoms of a period. Youre probably just late. Make sure you use protection and you'll be fine.

From what I know as a medical student, cramping when your period is due usually means that it'll come within the next few days. BUT, it could be possible that you are pregnant even if you are cramping when your period is due. MANY women feel cramping and even some spotting as soon as they've conceived b/c the fertilized egg is implanting itself to the lining of the uterus. Sometimes younger girls may experience cramping, no period, and not be pregnant at all. Their bodies aren't yet fully mature and therefore it may be a while before they will actually start having regular periods. Some things to consider would also be stress and keeping track of your cycle. First off, I know this from experience...stress has a lot to do with periods being late. ESPECIALLY if your stressing over wether you could be pregnant or not. And keeping track of your cycle is also important b/c a lot of women don't know that their supposed to start counting from the day that their period starts b/c that's actually when their cycle BEGINS. Many women count from the day their period finishes and this is another reason why a lot get pregnant. Therefore, this miscalculation would cause them to ovulate 5-7 days before they would expect to.

In my opinion, the best advice I could give you is if you aren't trying to get pregnant, ask your doctor to put you on Birth Control b/c it not only prevents pregnancy, but it also helps to regulate your periods. And don't forget the condoms. Birth control should never be used alone as a means to prevent pregnancy b/c unlike condoms, its not as effective.

Some women while pregnant have cramps around the time their period would come at 8 and 12 weeks. This does not mean you are having a miscarriage.

Yes. Pre-menstrual symptoms. This is what you get before you have a period, often when you are ovulating (releasing an egg)

Could be implantation bleeding. If it is your actual period then it's unlikely that you are pregnant.

You have pregnancy symptoms but are on your period could you still be pregnant?

If you know for sure that you are pregnant, it is probably not going to be your period, although some women have experienced a "first" period then learns a couple of weeks later that they really are pregnant. It is possible that it could be implantation bleeding caused by the fertilized egg to attach itself to the uterine wall. Or it could be a cervical change that can cause vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding can also be a symptom of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. Another cause for bleeding during pregnancy is a miscarriage although the first two reasons for bleeding are more common, it is still a good idea to contact your doctor if you are too concerned. It could also just be your mind. If you are paranoid about being pregnant you may just be "imagining" your symptoms or they could be things that you usually experience during PMS but because you are paranoid you might mistake them as pregnancy symptoms. I would just suggest that you take a pregnancy test to know for certain.

I am about 2 week's pregnant you notice some bleeding this morning when you woke up but you have no other symptoms could it just be implantation?

it means you're not pregnant. at 2 weeks, you're ovulating... implantation bleeding doesn't happen till week 4, about when you should be expecting your period.

Could a woman be pregnant if she expierences bleeding and severe cramps not like normal period cramps?

Yes she can be pregnant, and if she is pregnant and is bleeding she is at risk of a miscarriage, and should see a doctor immediately.

You started bleeding heavily a week before your period and you have no other symptoms of a normal period such as cramping sore breasts etc Could you have been pregnant and now having a miscarriage?

Probably not. A week or so either way doesn't mean you are pregnant and some months you don't have all the symptoms. If it was a miscarriage you would have had more than that.
