Yes. It is very unlikely that you would be, but the chance is still there. Tubals can reverse themselves. The chance of this happening is very small, but I would wait a few days and test again. You could have tested too early to get a positive result or you could be pregnant and it not be showing up. I was 6 weeks pregnant with my son and urine test showed negative up until this time. I went in the following day after receiving a faint positive line on a test, for ultrasound, and he already had a heartbeat. Yet with my 2 girls, the test showed up so early, they couldn't find them a week later on ultrasound. Took 3 ultrasounds for my last little girl to show up!

When you were 20years instead of having your periods puss came out and you went to hospital and got cleaned and your tubes tied can you still have children?
If you really had your tubes tied(requires surgery) then it is very improbable that you would get pregnant.

Yes you can have a positive test after a tubal. I also had a tubal in 2000. Took a home pregnancy test, 3 of them. All came back positive. This was just 5 weeks ago.
