you can move out if you get married, or emancipated. to get emancipated you have to go through alot of legal issues, have a job, be able to support yourself, and get it approved. I'm sorry to whoever answered your question, but I've never heard anything like that. unless you have parents permission, and they buy the house, you shouldn't, i said shouldn't not it's impossible, be able to move out when your 16. legally.
