The Coral Canyon bridge won't break no matter how much you try because I seirously doubt that Animal Jam HQ would build or make the bridge to fall down, plus, the Jammers would fall down with the bridge, and Animal Jam HQ would NEVER allow that in Animal Jam. So, the answer is no, the Coral Canyon bridge CAN'T break in Animal Jam.
