when doing a back flip there is not a certain height for it you just literally jump up and tuck back and hope you land it you might have to try a couple of times. but if you can try to practice on a trampoline or on sand dunes if you are near a beach then give it a go.

It takes lots of practice and repetition. One day you will get it and wonder why it took you so long. Doing drills such as jump-back (stand on the floor, set and jump back onto a big soft mat, like at the end of your tumble track. Work on getting as far back as you can) or doing back handsprings over barrel (round or octagonal mat. Set and jump back. The mat will only roll you aver if you jump back)

There back legs are very strong an when they push down an put pressure on them they jump very high, there leg bones are ment for them to jump cause they dont walk :)
you have to jump high enough to do a 360 in the air
