Not all of Kraft cheese can be found in the UK. However, there is a range of Kraft Philadelphia products available in the main supermarkets and some shops. Check the link http://www.philadelphia.co.uk/philadelphia3/page?siteid=philadelphia3-prd&locale=uken1&PagecRef=593
No, the Canadian Health Act prohibits the sale of Easy Cheese because it has ingredients that are deemed "unsafe" for some reason. You might find it at a place 'ilegally', but its just best to buy a whole bunch when you go to the US, that's what I do.
Any grocery store
Go to the store, buy kraft mac & cheese & follow the directions on the box!!!
I suppose it depends where you buy it. In my local grocery it's about 3.69.
I have been Told that Pac and Save carries it although I have not confirmed this....but I will tonight :-)
I personally buy cheese and other dairy from Kraft. This is not everyone's preference, however. In some cases, people may prefer Borden, or even another brand.
