No. AT&T is a GSM band carrier, and Verizon is a CDMA carrier. GSM uses a SIM card, and CDMA has the carrier data encoded onto the phone itself. Furthermore, they use different frequencies, so even if you somehow could get one on the other, it wouldn't be able to get a signal.
Short answer: It's impossible.

∙ 13y agoNo you cannot use a Verizon phone on AT&T as Verizon uses a CDMA network (does not require a SIM card) and AT&T uses a GSM network (does require a SIM card). The two networks are not even remotely compatible.
