NO!!! I think that's illegal unless you have that person with you.
No. Whoever's name is on the title is going to be on the registration and insurance also. You can pay for the car and title it in somebody elses name, but at that point you've given them a free car, because you have no legal rights to the vehicle at all.
It is illegal to steal someone elses copy of Minecraft, buy it yourself!
You have to get it from the owner that last had the title in his name.
Buy it from them.
When you buy you are owning someting that no one can take away from you. When you lease you are borrowing someone elses things with the intent to either buy them outright or return them when you are done with them.
Yes.
Yes. If they buy the car then gift it to you, then they will have to pay upfront, and then can deduct a certain amount. But someone will pay.
=well you can always search or get someone elses and buy your own to put it on their Ty beanie babies home..,=
Cosigner just means someone who guaranteed the note. What's on the title? If the cosigner is on the title, he/she is entitled to half of the proceeds of a sale or insurance liquidation because it's the TITLE that determines the ownership, not who paid for it.
No, the owner is the person who's name appears on the title. If you buy the car and then it is titled in someone else's name they are the legal owner of the car.
It is not his car to sell legally unless the title is in his name with no liens. If you want to buy the car, you need to reach an agreement with the titleholder.
ONLY if you can find someone to buy it without a title. NO buyer, NO seller.
