You will need to buy or rent or borrow a power steering pulley puller. Trying to remove and replace the pulley without the correct puller will surely damage the pulley and or the pump.

Your best bet is to buy a Haynes Manual that is for your car. While you are at it you will need a power steering pulley puller and installer.
Yea... that's a unique problem. There is a special puller that's used to remove the power steering pump pulley. You can usually borrow, rent or buy the puller from most auto parts retailers. After the pulley is off you can get to the bolts.

The pulley is a press fit. If it no longer fits tight you need to replace it with a new one. This procedure requires special tools to remove and install the pulley to the pump. Some auto parts stores will rent the tools you need to do the job if you buy the parts from them.
