The year, make, model and engine info would be helpful but, if that pulley is attached to the Power Steering pump, you may need to buy, rent or borrow a puller designed just for the job. Many auto parts stores wil rent you one.
Loosen the 18mm bolt about 4 or 5 mm and give the bolt a good wack and the pulley should pop. Then remove the bolt and pulley.
There is a bolt that is blocked by the pulley. In order to remove the pump you need to remove that bolt. So you need to remove the pulley first to get access to that bolt.
It requires a special puller to remove the pulley. There is NO bolt are Allen head that has to be removed. The pulley is pressed on. You will also have to get a special tool to put the pulley back on too.
Remove the belt, then remove the bolt holding in the idler pulley.
You need to remove the entire power steering pump. There are two bolts holding it on at the 12 and 6 o'clock position. Remove these via the holes in the power steering pump pulley. Take off belt, remove bolt in center of pulley, replace with new pulley (comes with bearing). Reverse to install Take off belt, remove bolt in center of pulley, replace with new pulley (comes with bearing).
remove all belts,tensioners etc, remove pulley bolt, use HARMONIC BALENCER PULLEY to remove - DO NOT USE NORMAL PULLEY REMOVER - must be pulled from center of pulley not from outer edge
Just remove the bolt holding it on.
Depends on which pulley but most have several bolts holding them on. You can remove the broken bolt or simply not worry about it.
Should only be one bolt in the middle of the pulley that releases it.
Use an impact wrench to remove center bolt and pulley should slide off
