Missouri grants reciprocity to Iowa CCW holders. So if you're going directly south and crossing into Missouri directly from Iowa, you'll be fine. If you're going through Illinois, however, it's a different story - Illinois does not even have concealed carry legislation in their laws, thus they don't recognise ANY concealed carry permits from any states.
