Under 21, concealed carry of a "deadly weapon" is prohibited, but only a gun is specifically defined as a "deadly weapon". Any other item would likely be considered on a case-by-case basis, in court. Over 21 and open carry are unrestricted. There is no such thing as an illegal knife in AZ.
