Condensation is the 'condensing of water/water vapor already within your car. Caulking the windshield, inside or out, will NOT stop condensation.
To reduce the water droplets/condensation on the windows inside your car, turn on the air conditioning system and/or slightly open a rear window for better air flow.
Parking lights are supposed to be sealed. If you are getting water, there must be a crack or seam or gasket that failed. You can buy replacements or, if you can dry it out, you could caulk it with 100% silicone caulk.

AnswerBad windshield seal? Bad heater core?It may also be, if it is underneath the glovebox, that the seal on the condensation line for your AC has gone bad or the line is clogged. In this is the case, you can use waterproof caulk and caulk up where the seal is behind a curious circular piece under the glovebox. If it is clogged, as there is no visible drainplug on this vintage, drill a hole into the direct center of that circular piece and ruin a cable down it to clean it out, then caulk the hole up. I had the same problem on my '95 Grand Cherokee.
Warm, moist air on one side and cooler air on the other side causes condensation.
insulate and use ice...or bury in the ground and seal.
