yes its possible but its alot of work. when the car goes down the assembly line it is made with spaces for everything auto and everything standard, with the acception to a couple holes here and there, but your better off to just buy one thtats standard and drive it but if you really want to put in the work you would need a donor car, same year same model but standard and you will have to take out every component that makes it a manual and put it in to your car
Yes, the car was exactly the sam for those years. Usually, the car parts comply until they change the body style completley. Or, buy a universal automatic window regulator. Patrick
its possible to do anythign, as long as you wanna put the work into it.. if its the same motor its easier...make sure you do all the pedals, and you will have to swap the computer too
depending on if your area you can find a junk yard that has them for 500 dollars for a manual, an automatic can run higher but again your best bet is to call around
More than the actual value of your car. definitely.
Is it a manual or automatic gearbox? Both the automatic and the manual require Dexron/Mercon.
According to my Haynes repair manual : For a 1994 Ford Explorer A4LD automatic transmission : ( MERCON automatic transmission fluid is used )
If The Probe Is an automatic then your car has CD4E Tranny in it. The pan for these trannys are on the front side of the transmission. They are not underneath it. Hope this helps.
Yes. Be sure to change the neutral switch from your probe as the mazda's will plug in but is wired different.
Yes, Their is no difference between the rearends of a stick or automatic vehicle.
