If the car has a "Carb" you can use rubber line....however, you have to be extremely careful with routing the rubber fuel line as rubber line is prone to rubbing a hole through it which can lead to a fire. Also you have to use fuel line, NOT vacumn hose.
Do NOT use rubber hose on a fuel injected car as the fuel pressuse is much higher.
Make sure you use rubber fuel line
NO!
You have to drop fuel tank and use quick disconnect tool to change lines
Take the 2 clamps off each end of the fuel line and pull the rubber hoses off the fuel line along with the old filter, put new rubber hoses on new filter and make sure arrow on filter is pointing towards carburetor and install rubber hoses onto the fuel line on both ends and tighten clamps on both ends.

Ypu have a rubber line coming down from the fuel pump located on the left side (if you are sitting on it). Follow the hose down that has a plastic piece on it. This is your fuwl line. Simply loosen the clamps and replace.
you need to drop the gas tank and the filter is on top of tank you need fuel line disconnect tools and pull the fuel pump fuse you also wanna pinch the rubber hose off with vice grips the line will leak and leak.
If the fuel line is the metal line and bent then it needs to be replaced with an exact replacement to fit properly. If its the rubber line then the line can be bought by the foot at a local auto parts.
I imagine that it is a kevlar composite and rubber. It may also be ABS plastic.
series of dots............
First off where is it? If it is in line then you can cut that section off and replace it with rubber fuel line of equal size.
Should be located in the fuel inlet line of the carb.Remove fuel line and fitting at carb.
