no way, fuel filter replacement must be done from under vehicle, filter located front of fuel tank, may need special tools to unlock quick connects on lines and has high fuel pressure need to take all necessary safety precautions, do not recommend novice handyman for repairs, serious accidents have happen, that i know of, (loss of life of limb possible)
