you need to launch regedit.exe (windows tool, every win 7 has it)
(default directory: C:\Windows\regedit.exe )
in there go to:
H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > SONY CREATIVE SOFTWARE > VEGAS PRO
> 13.0 > LANG
click on ULangID and edit numbers to 0x409
vegas pro or 13.0 directory may differ, It depends on your installed product.

Yes! Sony Vegas is a good program for editing movies. I have bought this program during Christmas. I had trials for Adobe Premier, Corel Video Studio, and Sony Vegas. In the end I chose Vegas. My school has bought Corel Video Studio and it was not a good decision. I say get Sony Vegas.
