No. First any unemployment claim requires a work history, including amount of wages you were paid. Second, you have to have been a wage earner working for someone else, not the owner and controller of your own income.
You can not collect unemployment if you are retired or working.
If what you are asking is "Can I collect unemployment after I have been back at work for weeks?" The answer is: No you can not.
It depends. If you are collecting unemployment, you need to report your earnings when you work.
No. Unemployment benefits are provided for those who did work but, for some reason, have lost their jobs. If you are working, you are not eligible for unemployment benefits.
You should still be collecting workmans comp if the doctor hasn't released you back to work. Workmans Compensation is an insurance that your employer bought. You can't collect unemployment if you haven't been released back to work from the doctor. You have to be ABLE to work to collect unemployment.
it can work until it gets laid off, and then it can collect unemployment it can work until it gets laid off, and then it can collect unemployment
No you cant!
In most, if not all, states you would not qualify because you are in total control of your work environment (as opposed to a worker under control of his job). The company not making any money does not meet the criteria of unemployment.
I do not believe that you can continue to collect unemployment if you refuse ANY legitimate offer of work.
YOu cannot receive unemployment if you return to work.
Sorry, but you can only collect unemployment benefits if you was hired by a company full time and the company laid you off for no reason. Temps are people who only works at temp agencies or recruiters. They never worked at a company and was never on their payroll so how can they collect. Temps are on-call and only will call the worker if they have work which is occasionally so not qualified.
No because nobody is going to fire you because you have a cold. You have to be totally out of work to collect unemployment and not just out sick.
