Yes, that is possible.
For a 4 lug hub, its 4x100mm.
yes the wheel lugs bolt on to the hub The foregoing is correct, but in modern automobiles the hub is not actually "part" of the wheel. The hub is part of the axle assembly and the wheel is bolted onto the hub using lug bolts and lug nuts. Hope that helps.
Lug nuts are still on, wheel is rusted to the hub.
The wheel and rotor are held onto te hub by lug nuts. The hub is held on by the main bearing and a large nut holding it.
Try using your lug wrench
You wil have to replace the 4-lug Hub with a compatible 5-lug hub - you should take the 4-lug hub with you to any auto-mechanics shop and ask them if they can find the dimensions of that Hub; and possibly find a 5-lug hub that matches. Keep in mind; You will need new Brake Rotors (5-lug versions) if you transfer to a 5-lug hub. You might need to check the drive axle as well; they might have a different groove pattern not compatible with a different 5-lug hub. But don't quote that.
You have to have the hub pressed out of the knuckle to replace the wheel studs.
Lug studs on a 1994 Acura Integra is pressed into the hub. To remove the lug studs safely raise and prop the car. Remove the wheel, brake components, and suspension parts from the hub. Press out the old studs.
I know of no such adapter. 5 lug hubs are smaller and more lighter duty than 8 lug hubs. Even there were such an adapter, I wouldn't recommend putting an 8 lug wheel on a 5 lug hub. Bad Idea.
You can use a regular nut in place of a lug nut in an emergency situation and only for a short period of time. Lug nuts are shaped to "seat" into the hole on the wheel and ensure that the wheel is tight to the hub. A regular nut does not seat, or bottom out, and will allow the wheel to move and cause wear on the stud and the wheel itself.

Unscrew lug nuts and remove the wheel, the brake caliper, cotter pin, and castle nut. Remove the rotor and the hub bolts. The hub caps are held on with the lug nut covers, these are plastic, and screw on the lug bolts if you use the lug wrench you can loosen the plastic hub cap lug bolts and be able to remove the hub cap without loosening the lug bolts. 2001 L200's have lug bolts rather than lug nuts.
