the is basicly no difference between the 2 in new zealand, where i live, as we have a very high quality of beef and lamb products. but in other countries like America it my be different. The top sirloin steak would just be of a higher quality, so you could use sirloin steak, but there may be a slight difference in the "texture" of the meat. you may need to cook for less time or use more marinade if you are using marinade, ect, to regain some of the juicyness back to the meat. Absolutely and it's delicious. Timing depends on the size/type of pressure cooker you have, whether you cook it with vegetables, etc. Check the booklet that came with your cooker and time accordingly for any cut of beef roast, then adjust for weight and any "extras".
yes
no this is something we know to do in the microwave. In a conventional oven if you put two pieces of meat in start counting as if it one.
There are two ways to cook prime rib roasts. If you choose to cook it low and slow you will want to set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook it for 17-20 minutes per pound. If you want to cook it a higher temperate for a shorter period of time it is recommended that you set the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and allow 13-15 minutes per pound.
You want to cook it the same amount of time that you do on the other side. Hope this helps!! (:
in a microwave, yes. in an oven no. and in the oven increase temperature but not time.
I say cook them both at same time at 425. with out knowing what you are cooking, I can only say split the difference on the time.
The same amount of time to cook one. Usually just over an hour at 350.
The same amount of time it takes to cook rice.
