Yes! They are quite a bit of work but well worth it. I break cut them into 4-5 inch chunks with a meat cleaver and then pressure cook them in salted water for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness. Once they are done you can halve them the long way and scoop out the tender center. The texture is rich and almost creamy and they have a slightly nutty, not at all cabbagey flavor if they are not overcooked.

I always heard that heat destroys vitamin c and brussel sprouts has loads of that, and they have loads og other great things, but do you need heat in that aspect to get them to relaese all their goodies?I love the sprouts just out of the frozen bag.
