As long as you put it on the "fish" setting
No you can't cook food in a dishwasher because a dishwasher is for washing not cooking. Even if you tried to cook in one, it would be washed away by the water being spread around the washer, so all you would end up with is just a clean plate that you put the food on.
Logically, I don't think you can cook mackerel in a dishwasher as I would have thought you would only have been able to wash it at the very least.

The NuWave is a precision induction cooktop. To cook salmon, you put it in the NuWave for 5 to 6 minutes on each side on the high setting.
To me, I would suggest smoking salmon. I have another helpful tip: ONLY eat Pacific salmon. Atlantic salmon is bad for your health.
I'm sure you can't bake a cupcake in the dishwasher LOL..............................It's amazing what sort of crazy ideas turn up on the Internet, but until now, the idea of baking cupcakes in the dishwasher has not appeared. Cooking salmon in the dishwasher has - see attached website. If one were to try, the cake batter would need to be sealed in a water-tight container to prevent the batter making contact with hot water (as the salmon is sealed in attached recipe.) But that poses the problem of allowing steam to escape from the heated batter, and space for the cake to rise. One might try placing the batter in an open pan and running the dishwasher on "dry" only, but that is not likely to provide enough heat for enough time to fully cook the batter. On the other hand, the right engineer with the right dishwasher might succeed.
