Click on the app you want to delete with the right mouse button. A side bar should show. On of the buttons will say delete. (On some computers) it will ask you to confirm that you want to delete it. Hit yes and it should go. ( The next time you plug in your iPod,(unless you already deleted theapp off your iPod, it will say there are files on your iPod that are not in your library.
