You will not die if you cut your wrist unless it is very deep. I went to hospital two weeks ago for cutting too deep and missed my artery by less than a centermeter. I do not recommend that you cut your wrists as they leave beasty scars, but i do enjoy looking at my scars.
You may cut for many reasons but you have to think about the long term possibility that your life will never be the same. I have lost dear friends, i walk on egg shells with my family. I was in hospital 5 days waiting for a phychiatrist and now i have to see her all the time. I'm being put into a self esteem group and i take anti depressants.
Baring in mind, I'm fourteen. So, think before you do this. It's with you for life and becomes addictive.
