I believe Cetirizine IS an antihistamine. And it would take a pretty large amount to overdose. MAOI drugs should not be taken with an antihistamine though because it can cause serious drug interactions I hear. But to answer the question- YES it is possible to overdose and die on any drug if enough is taken.
You can overdose on allergy relief medicine. Read the label and take the appropriate dose.

Cetirizine hydrochloride is an antihistamine medication used to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as hay fever, hives, and allergic skin reactions. It is important to know what the drug tablets are and what they are used for before taking them. Cetirizine hydrochloride is an antihistamine, it is used to help a person with allergies.
Zyrtec (cetirizine) is classified as a second generation antihistamine. It is believed to antagonize peripheral H1 receptors and not cross the blood brain barrier (this is why it is less drowsy then other antihistamines). The side effects of Zyrtec such as dry mouth may suggest that it does have some anticholinergic properties.
You would probably get an overdose of antihistamine, would not recommend it.
