Yes you can. You first need to download your song onto your computer, or if it is an attachment in an email or other format, then save it to your computer. Then go into your iTunes and go into the file button, and in the file button you can find the option to add file to library. Click on that and you will have a box pop up where you can search for your song. Then you click on the folder where you saved your song, and then click ok. To find and add your song to a different folder, click on the recently added, and find your song and drag it to your folder that you want your song in. Or you can download music from the iTunes store itself, and then you just do the last step to add it to your folder that you want. (When I say folder, I mean playlist if you are doing iTunes.)
