Avoid drinking alcohol with an NSAID this strong. It may increase your risk of stomach bleeding. Avoid exposure to sunlight or tanning beds. Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory, part of the family of NSAID's (Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), which can affect the stomach lining. Ensure you take diclefenic with food and plenty of water (not alcohol)! Also, protect yourself from extended exposure to direct sunlight by covering your arms, etc., as diclefenic can increase sunburn. Under no circumstances should you use a tanning bed whilst taking this product.

If you were taking an alternate NSAID, such as over-the-counter Aspirin or ibuprofen, it might be acceptable to consume small amounts of alcohol, but again prudence is the best advice.
