The food that a person would eat or should eat if they are currently on the Special K diet is that of Special K bars and the Special K cereals as well.
Here is some information on the special k diet, i hope you find it helpful! http://www.specialk.com/challenge/ http://www.everydiet.org/diet/special-k-diet http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/diets/special-k-diet/
One of the easiest and most successful diet plan out right now is the Special K diet. What it is, is you eat Special K, or a Special K meal bar, or things that Special K makes for breakfast and lunch, and then you eat a regular dinner.
The Special K diet like all diets can work with self control. You still need to eat healthy and well portioned meals and snacks while on the Special K diet.
Fruit n fibre
The special K diet lets you eat whatever you would like for either lunch or dinner. You must eat a bowl of Special K cereal for at least two of your three meals.
The special K diet is effective as a diet. However, this diet is very strick and extremely low calorie which can make it hard to stick to if your hungry all the time.
The Special K diet is like any other "diet" out there. Most diets are based on calorie reduction which is what the Special K diet does. If you want to lose weight, I would recommend eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, and get moderate excercise at least twice a week, and avoid fatty or processed foods.
The shake diet is the special k diet. It used to be the slim fast diet but special k is shaking things up in their own way. You have cereal for breakfast, two snacks, shakes, and then finish the day with a sensible meal.
The Special K diet works with ANYTHING that has the same number of calories as a bowl of Special K. There's absolutely nothing special about Special K- it's a load of sugar with hardly any fiber with a bunch of vitamins sprayed on. You could practically consume a bowl of gummi bears with a centrum multivitamin tablet and end up consuming essentially the same thing.
Joining the Special K diet plan is free of charge. The diet plan is described in full at websites like Every Diet and Live Strong. Basically the diet consists of eating one bowl of Special K cereal for breakfast and then another for either lunch or dinner. Only very little milk that also has to be low in fat content is allowed. The diet is worth checking out, as studies have shown it to be effective.
