The oil pump could be bad or the strainer could be clogged up, or the oil sending unit could be bad, so if the oil pump is bad the engine would starve up for oil and will ruin all the mechanical component in the engine, is advisable not to drive it at all, unless you are ready to purchase a new engine, check the motor oil level, may not be complete full of motor oil, could be many things but the advise is get professional help to make sure .
