It is possible only in theory. Driving from mainland USA to the Bering Strait would be full of difficulty, but this would be the most feasible part of your journey. If you then chartered a ferry across the Bering Strait (which looks small on a globe but is still a very nice wide stretch of ocean regardless) you will already have run into insurmountable obstacles. Siberia, which lies on the opposite end of the Strait, has almost no roads in this remote area. Even if you had an off-road vehicle it would be almost impossible to navigate through the wilderness of eastern Russia down to the Chinese border, where they would refuse to let you pass, probably for a number of reasons. They do not recognize the IDP (International Driver's Permit), and in addition to this they are a Stalinist state. Airlines are definitely the best option for visiting Asia, although the idea that it is at least (in theory) possible to drive to Asia has always fascinated me as well. It's really just one long stretch of coast all the way from Los Angeles up and around to China...
In the normal sense, no. It might be possible in winter to drive from Little Diomede Island (part of the US) to Big Diomede Island (part of Russia) over the ice, or you could drive onto a ferry which would take your car across the Pacific Ocean to Asia.
no you cant

No. Manila is on an island in Southeast Asia. The USA is separated from the Philippines by the Pacific Ocean. The only way to get from the US to the Philippines is by boat or by airplane.
