Yes, but do it in step by step incraments, going only two shades or so darker at a time. And wait a few weeks in between each dyeing. This will give hair a chance to recover from each dying, especially since bleaching is probably the wrost things you could have done to your hair. (Bleach can permanently kill hair.) Use vitamin-enchanced shampoos and conditioners for color-treated hair, and eat a healthy diet because a healthy body means healthy, strong hair.

If you have permanently dyed blonde hair can you dye your hair with the stuff in a box or will it ruin your hair?
You didn't say what color you were wanting to dye your hair but yes you can use the box color. You may need to go a shade darker then you want if you are going darker then you have as the hair will fade out faster because the blond you lightened your hair with opened the hair shaft. It shouldn't damage it much as color is gentler on the hair then bleach is but use a good shampoo/conditioner for color treated hair and try a deep conditioning treatment after you dye it. Also if you are going brown, depending on the color blond you have you may need a warm brown to put the reds back into your hair. I am not saying it will be red but bleaching takes the reds out of hair so unless your want a green tint you need it back. Everyone has red in their hair even if they don't know it.
