Yes, You can eat with spacers. But it hurts to chew where your spacers a located. My spacers are located in the back between my wisdom teeth and the last 2 at the top of my mouth. Yes I do feel like ripping them out but I can't. I have tried to eat gummies but you shouldn't try that. Your spacers might come out because gummies are sticky and get stuck in between your teeth. When you get spacers in it doesn't hurt to eat for the first few hours but after 3 hours you should think about taking a pain medicine. When you get your braces your not allowed to eat nuts or popcorn of sugar gum..and more.
