Yes. Usually it is roasted over an open fire. The tail section has some real good meat.
They can eat the caiman hatchlings, but not an adult caiman.

It varies on the sizes and species. A yellow anaconda could eat small sized caiman, but a large caiman can bite the snake in half. A large dominant female green anaconda can kill almost any sized caiman.
Caimans eat birds. There are no wild chickens in the amazon, but there are geese, herons, and ibis.

There are a few animals that come to mind....the first being a larger Caiman. The Green Anaconda has a huge reputation for eating large Caiman, and Jaguars are known to eat Black Caiman, but not the larger ones
A black caiman will eat anything that comes into its range. It has been documented to prey on cattle, jaguars, mountain lions, and anacondas.
we have just been visiting the Peruvian Amazon and were assured that caiman are not dangerous to humans as long as they have enough fish etc available to eat. Happily swam quite close to 4 metre caiman with no issues!
