I can't imagine why not. It's in the "meat" food group, but it certainly is not meat; if fish is permissible, then banning peanut butter borders on the ludicrous.

That is, unless peanut butter is something that you have, personally, decided to give up for Lent, in which case you should already know the answer to this question.
