Which rice cakes are gluten free?
Technically No, you cannot have Rice or Rice cakes while on the HCG diet. HOWEVER I have been eating a few bitesize rice cakes or one large rice cake daily since starting. It has not affected my weightloss and I'm down 25lbs in 24 days. I would recommend trying it and see how it effects you, everyone's body processes things differently. For example my Aunt is on the HCG diet as well she can eat pretzels as a snack and it doesn't hurt her weight loss. I cannot I gain a pound everytime I touch them. So give it a Whirl and see how your body takes to it :-)
