At first glance, accordingto Kingston, the X101 family has one DDR3 memory socket that can take a 2 GB module.
They advise that a BIOS update may be necessary, they come with Windows 7 Starter edition - depending on the version, it may restrict RAM to 1 GB
When you look at the machine, it has no memory access door, and taking off the bottom plate doesn't show any memory socket.
The memory socket requires almost complete disassembly of the machine and you have to remove the motherboard to access the socket

No way- Minecraft can be played on every computer basically. However it is not recommended on a small netbook with only 2GB RAM or something because it may very well end up crashing the system. Same goes with RuneScape.
