No! The cheese is eaten by mice that are in Cartoons but REAL LIFE they DONT! do NOT feed your pet mouse any cheese. The Swiss cheese, cheddar, etc. are bad for them. If you give them cheese, they should die.
Yes, but only as a one off treat, i'd say.
Because cheerios have sugar in.
You can give cheerios to your mouse as a treat, but not as a permanent food supply, oats and raisins and nuts are good treats too.
No, it's not good for them and most of them don't like it anyway! :)
they eat any house food.... but you can give them cheese! --melissa
if you can not provide mice, you can feed it about three small worms twice weekly. how much it will eat depends on the temperature it is stored in.
DECON
Crickets are most common, but depending on the size of your spider you could feed it small lizards and mice.
I'm guessing cheese and maybe normal milk. Milky cheese? That could help.
Don't feed field mice cheese! Cheese is actually toxic to any mouse! You can feed field mice the following things: Apples, carrots, pears, Peaches, peppers, Potatoes, tomatoes, seeds, Oats, barley, corn, beans, peas, bread, cookies, walnuts, peanuts, Almonds, chestnuts, macaroni ( cooked / non cooked) , dog foods, Cat foods. Pretty much anything that a human eats, mice eat the same thing! I know this because I have a pet field mouse!
Pet mice should be fed natural seeds ect. Go to a pet shop and you can buy packs of rodent mix with appropriate feed. You can also feed your mouse treats like fresh fruits and vegies (greens, apples, carrot, lettuce, ect.) They also love sunflower seeds but they are fatty so don't feed it to them too much. My mice are big fans of whole grain bread broken in to small chunks. Watch for strange symptoms such as diarrhea, as it could be a certain food that the mouse is affected by. Don't feed your mouse junk food like chips, chocolate, candy as these can be toxic to them. Also I don't recommend cheese as it is only the smell of the dairy product that the mice like.
Of course you can feed it to your pet snake. it would be happy to get live food once in a while. Unless its a pet mouse of a family member or something. you can still feed it to your pet snake, but I'd bet that family member wouldn't like that. /Poyoyun - forgot to login >.<
what about small bits of cheese They can eat anything we can eat but you can kill them if you give them soda ie cola orange soda ect they have a tendancy to chew alot which may seem like they eat anything
Having to feed it little baby mice
ask in your local pet store as most have them frozen if not they should know a place that do. p.s if your pet is a snake it would be good to give them alive mice every once and a while to stimulate them as they would hunt and eat live mice in the wild.
No!! Not in nature. However, if you would like to feed crocodile meat to your pet mice, just cut the crocodile up into tiny pieces and the mice will be happy to eat it.
