If you find a laptop at Walmart for under $200, its not going to be too good, my advice, if you're on a budget, try shopping online, whether on computer manufacturer's websites (they often offer special discounts for online purchases) or on used product websites like eBay or amazon.
But you need to have done your "homework" about what you need in the way of a computer.
Also with shopping online comes the added cost of shipping, so unless there is free shipping you could find a better deal at your local computer store. Plus you have the added feature of having your questions about the computer answered in "real time".
Buying locally puts your dollars into the local economy and not into some out of state computer giant.

∙ 9y agoOften, Best Buy does sales on their Toshiba laptops, so you can get a laptop for under $200. You can also buy a cheaper laptop online at eBay or via Amazon.com.
