You do not have to find the skulls in any recent version of Halo. If you mean Halo 2, then I'd recommend reloading the level.

How do you cheat on HALO?
There aren't any HALO cheats. However, there are halo skulls. That you can pick up and something happens. For example, in halo 3 there is a skull i have picked up and when you pick up that skull, your HUD disappears. I dont know cheats but my friends said theres like some around if you search cheats up or something. You can't there is just skulls which you can find on youtube plus it wouldn't be fun with cheats.

The first skull on halo 3 is a silver skull. Silver skulls do not award any achievements.
What do skulls do in halo reach?
They do the same thing they did in Halo 3. You can "activate" any of them during campaign for different effects. For example, the "Grunt Birthday Party" skull makes an extra sound effect and confetti whenever you kill an enemy with a head-shot. Unlike halo 3, you do not have to find them this time around.

You claim skulls by grabbing them like in oddball. The achievements are for only gold skulls, the silver ones don't have any achievements. Hope this helps a little.
