Can you fix the cracked screen on an ereader It's a Pandigital Novel 7?

No. Pandigital does not sell the glass to fix it yourself nor do they do repairs on damaged screens as it is not cost effective for you to pay more than you paid originally for the ereader.

No, the pandigital novel can not be repaired. So do not buy one. They do not offer repairs and they do not contract it out. It is called a disposable item if something happens to the screen or digitizer. They will only trouble shoot with you on the phone if you can get something to work..like internet, that because their manual is useless. Buy a sylvania, they will repair even if out of warranty. Sylvania stands behind what they sell. Pandigital sells then laughs all the way to bank. Consumer - last time i will every purchase a pandigital..because it is just an expensive paperweight. Call me 843.694.9311 and i will tell you again what i said about pandigital and no service center.

If you want to know hoew to register the pandigital novel heres the steps.tap on my library on the quick launch bar.click the pandigital novel aka the manual.go to the first or second page if you consider the cover a pageit should say register your pandigital and then have a website also click the website.then the website will take you were you need to go.i dont know exactly what the website says because i havent registered mine yet but ill be sure to add that.-B:)
How do you download videos to the pandigital novel?
I dont think the pandigital novel is going to tell you how to do that. but you cant just take a video link and put it straight into your pandigital novel. It wont work that way (unless you have wifi on your pandigital novel). but I know how to do it. first you must connect the pandigital novel to your computer and register it on your computer. but if you did that already then go to the website: WWW.Videocenneti.com. that webside lets you covert youtbue videos to mp4 videos since you can only download mp4 videos to pandigital novel. then you can paste a youtube video link in the thingy and click on the "download" button and wait. If its taking more than 6 seconds to load it means your not using a video from youtube. if it loads quickly then click on the "download mp4" button and save it. and then wait for it to download. it may take a minute. you can download more than one video at the same time. and then when its done downloading you can send it to your pandigital novel, or one of its folders. keep in mind though that you can only download videos that are from youtube.
