description of a bird bathit is round like a bowl and filled with water. birds are attracted to the bath and then they bathe in it.
Hippos bathe in freshwater.
Well....yes, they could get wet, but I suggest you do not bathe them. And, if you want to get them wet, you would need to hold them so they don't fall, and you would need to let them drip dry.
I think it might be best not to bathe a mouse! Mice are very good groomers and can clean their own fur. If for some reason you HAD to wash a mouse, maybe it got into something sticky or it's been sick and unable to clean itself, you should try misting it with water and using a wash cloth. Avoid putting it in a bowl of water, unless it's really shallow (goes no higher that it's belly), because you don't want to accidentally drown it! So I would sponge bath it, haha. (and use baby shampoo...something gentle that won't hurt it)
hermit crabs bathe in warm water
Land turtles still like to drink from and bathe in shallow water, so if you have them as pets put a container in with them that they can easily get into and out of. Tortoises, however do not like to get into water and are fine drinking out of a regular water bowl.
Shouldn't be needed. they hate water & bathe themselves.
Well, they don't exactly bathe like us humans. they are in the water alot. They don't really bathe.
The mice's home is in danger because it is near a cat's food bowl.....
