Actually, blowing smoke into the tank will not kill the fish. In fact, if it's an air-breathing fish (like a Betta), they often get conditioned to come up for air much more often after you've blown into the tank... they must like the feeling. Be careful about blowing too much in there, though (the fish needs to breathe oxygen)... and avoid cigarette smoke!!

The more often and greater dosage that you smoke, the longer the effects every time you smoke. However, a general rule is this: if you wouldn't call yourself a "stoner" right now, you'll probably have a normal high from 1 bowl/blunt/joint: 2 hours totally stoned (be cautious when in public) followed by a nice cushy 2 hour ride out with a good feeling head/body buzz. But if you smoke a sh*t-ton like me, it actually works in reverse and you build up a tolerance overtime and have to smoke more! Oh and watch out for creepers (smoke a bowl, not so high - wait 1 hour - holy sh*t!)
