Not right now you can't. Civil partnerships are not recognized in the United States for the purposes of federal Immigration law. This is because of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act. A ruling by the United States Supreme Court on the constitutionality of Section 3 of this law is imminent and the situation could potentially change sometime between December 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013.
