Private military companies are not authorized to engage enemies offensively. Therefore, PMCs have no need for fighter pilots. However I do know they hire helecopter pilots and may (i dont know for sure) hire pilots for transport purposes
a pilots job is to fly a plane and take us fron places to places.
A rc helicopter job is a job where you pilot a remote conrolled helicopter. This job requires a lot of practice. The pilots use these to spy on enemy controlled territory. It is the pilots job to be secretive and not be seen.

lots. 'Lots' is merely a constructive nor productive answer. Statistics say around 65-67,000 pilots worldwide. It's a competitive job and requires good grades in Maths and Pysics. People seem to be put off by the sum of over £75,000 for a commercial license.

With aviation, there is always someone willing to do the job for less money. Pilots are there own worst enemies. They all will accept a low paying job, but complain about the pay. Bottom line is airlines can pay pilots so little just becuase they can.
