No. This is a myth, started with toads and their bumpy exteriors and has become popular enough to enter modern usage for all frogs and toads.

Warts will not be caused by handling toads or frogs of any kind. Do wash your hands, afterwards, however, as some diseases can be spread.

You can get a wart from stress or things that may scare you to cause you to shake or sweat. You may be able to get warts from frogs.
