All the call records are being held but the telecom company so get in touch with them and request record of calls for the period of time that's of interest to you. Please keep in mind that all companies I know of charge for that service.

Absolutely not ! They are private and confidential. The ONLY circumstances where they would be made public - is in a court of law. Even then - they would only be seen by legal representatives. You as an individual have no right to see someone else's phone records.
