No hash is pure - hashish generally ranges from 5%-30% THC. Therefore the contaminants when burned become carbon which is inhaled. Generally people who smoke hashish do not use a filter which further promotes the possibility that burnt carbon emission reaches the lungs.
The preparation of hash is also crucial. The safest and cleanest way to make a concentrate is with water extraction however many more potent concentrates including oils are made with butane extraction further contaminating the material and adding additional health concerns.
So, yes it is possible to get cancer from smoking hash.

∙ 11y agoDoes it look like people who smoke weed like everyday have cancer? I don't think so. Weed hardly does any harm. It's one of the least likely drugs to harm you. I suggest you don't ever do drugs obviously you shouldn't after asking that question.
