The purpose of emancipation is to allow a mature teenager to live *on their own* No judge is going to emancipate a teenager for the purpose of living with her boyfriend. Michigan does allow persons 16 and older to petition the court for emancipation. In order for emancipation to be granted you would have to prove, among other things, that you are capable of fully supporting yourself (rent, utilities, food, etc) *without any assistance*. Although Michigan statue does not state so, most judges would also require that you remain in school. Your parents would be notified of the hearing and they would be allowed to contest the emancipation. You would have to prove to the court that it's truly in your best interest to live on your own. That's not always an easy thing to do, and you would have to have legitimate, valid reasons. Just not getting along with your parents or wanting more freedom is not going to be enough. Not unless you get emancipated,
Parental consent is not required for emancipation. The court has to agree and the parent's opinion in the matter are likely to factor in.

What do you mean by how? You have parental consent and you are also age of consent so you can just move.
Yes, in most cases you need parental consent to be emancipated. Emancipation is a legal process where a minor is granted the rights and responsibilities of an adult, and parental consent is typically required to ensure that the minor is capable of handling those responsibilities on their own.
NO but it would help if you did anyways
"Live with" includes having sex and that is only legal if the minor have reached the age of consent in her state or if she is emancipated by the court or by marriage. If she has reached that age she can move out with parental consent.
Only with parental consent unless she has been emancipated by the court.
Not unless she marries him first or is legally emancipated.
Yes, if she is emancipated.
A minor must either have parental consent, or be emancipated, or have a court order allowing them to marry.
