A person is guilty of menacing when he/she intentionally places or attempts to place another person in fear of death or physical injury. You can spend up to 3-4 years in jail. So don't menace anyone. If you are being menaced then call the cops they are able to put the person in jail. If there are witnesses then ask them to testify. I am a good lawyer so call.
