am not sure if you can get migraines....but as someone who has keratoconus, the glare and light sensitivity surely affects me at times.
As the spouse of someone who suffers from keratoconus, I think 90% of his migraines come from the vision problems. Just walking into a room and someone flipping on a light can trigger a severe migraine for him and has sent him to the hospital multiple times
